These terms cover visitors to servalo.io and callers to our demo line. Shops that sign up are covered by the Terms.

1.1 These terms cover servalo.io, getservalo.com and any other website SERVALO runs (the "Site"), and calls to our demo line. SERVALO LLC is a Georgia limited liability company (Georgia Secretary of State Control No. 26160269) with its mailing address at 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001 ("SERVALO", "we", "us").
1.2 By using the Site or calling the demo line, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1.3 You must be at least 18 to use the Site or the demo line. The Site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children.
The Site describes SERVALO and what it does. Nothing on it is an offer you can accept, a promise of results, or legal, tax, safety or business advice. Prices and features can change; the price that applies to a shop is the one on its checkout page or order.
3.1 The demo line lets you hear SERVALO's AI receptionist. It is answered by our AI, not a person, and the call is transcribed. The AI says so at the start of the call.
3.2 Please do not share sensitive information on a demo call, such as payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or health information. Use made-up details if you like.
3.3 We use demo call transcripts to run and improve the demo and SERVALO, and to follow up with you if you ask us to. Our privacy policy at servalo.io/privacy explains more.
3.4 The demo line is a demonstration, not a way to reach us. To reach us, use servalo.io/support.
3.5 The demo line is not an emergency service. If you smell gas, your carbon monoxide alarm goes off, or you see smoke or fire, get everyone out and call 911 or your gas company from outside.
3.6 A demo booking is not a real appointment with any HVAC company.
The missed-call calculator and any other estimate on the Site use the numbers you enter and stated assumptions. Results are estimates, not promises or predictions of what you will earn or save. Your results depend on your business, your market and many things we cannot know.

You must not:
7.1 SERVALO owns the Site and its content, including text, graphics, videos, code and the SERVALO name and logo. You may view and share pages for your own information, and link to them. You may not copy, sell or reuse the content otherwise without our written permission.
7.2 SERVALO and our logo are our trademarks. Do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse or partner with you.
7.3 If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without paying you.
If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, tell us at servalo.io/support with enough detail to find it and your contact details.
The Site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Their own terms apply.
The Site and the demo line are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise the Site or demo line will be available, error-free or secure.
To the fullest extent the law allows, SERVALO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from the Site or the demo line. Our total liability to you for any claim about them is limited to $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
If you break these terms and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you will cover our reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.
Georgia law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Fulton County, Georgia, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
We may update these terms. The version date at the top shows when. Using the Site after a change means you accept it.
