One number, the whole front desk

$150 / technician / month

Founding partners lock this rate for as long as they're with us — the list price after the founding cohort will be higher. White-glove setup ($299) is waived for founding partners. Unlimited office users: dispatchers and CSRs are free; you pay for techs on the board.

Fair use: 125 answered calls per tech per month included — more than double what a typical shop's line sees — then 35¢ per answered call. An “answered call” is a real conversation, not a wrong number or a robocall. Never a per-minute meter.

You pay 35¢ per additional answered call — about what one minute of a metered answering service costs. We tell you before it happens; the bill never surprises you.

Is there a contract?

Month to month. Your phone number is yours — leaving is unforwarding your line. Founding partners keep the $150 rate for as long as they stay.

What does onboarding cost?

Nothing for founding partners ($299 waived). We configure your line, hours, techs and playbook with you, and run live test calls — including a safety drill — before your line forwards.
